Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process the information you provide, including your name, phone number, company, website, budget, deadline, message, and email address. The purpose is to respond to your enquiry and prepare a possible contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Contact-form data is deleted after the enquiry has been conclusively processed unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Framer B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands. Video content is delivered through BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia. These providers process technical data and access data as necessary to provide their services.
Server log files
The hosting provider automatically processes technical access data, including IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser, and operating system. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website. Log data is deleted when it is no longer required for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You have the right to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR pursuant to Article 21 GDPR.
